01. What you receive

Your confirmed order includes the download instructions for your selected edition, the activation details supplied for that order and access to our setup resources. Licences are for the selected 1-year or 3-year term.

02. When your details arrive

Once the activation service is live, eligible requests are intended to receive their details promptly. Requests that need verification can take up to 24-48 hours. The current working preview does not issue licences.

03. Installation & activation support

Use the official Intuit download for your edition. Our team can help coordinate installation and activation support with our fulfilment partner, Digilazo.

04. Incorrect email or missing delivery

Check your spam folder first. If you entered the wrong email or cannot locate your delivery, contact Support@averyashdown.com with your order reference and the correct email address.

05. Regional editions & compatibility
