This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed for delivery within the United States of America (USA). All AVERY ASHDOWN architectural garments are fulfilled and shipped exclusively from our international logistics center in Zhejiang, China.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and local courier handling. Our commitment is to provide a seamless, transparent, and high-velocity shipping experience for all U.S. clients.

A. Shipping Costs & Tariffs

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: We provide Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

  • Taxes: All prices displayed on our platform are final and inclusive of applicable sales tax.

  • Import Duties: While most orders fall under the de minimis threshold, any import duties or customs fees required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection are the responsibility of the customer.

B. Processing & Transit Timeline

  • Handling Process: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Duration: 2–3 business days

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-5), Eastern Time.

  • Operational Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will enter processing the following business day. All shipments utilize Priority Air Freight from our Zhejiang facility to ensure rapid arrival.

C. Delivery Protocols

We utilize a network of elite international carriers—including YunExpress, 4PX, and USPS (for final mile delivery)—to ensure every object is fully tracked from the atelier to your door. Tracking credentials will be transmitted to your registered email immediately upon dispatch.

D. Redirection & Address Modifications

Address modifications must be requested within 24 hours of order placement via contact@averyashdown.com. Once a shipment has been initiated and assigned a tracking manifest, the delivery path cannot be altered.

E. Order Cancellations

Orders may be retracted at no cost prior to shipment. Once the status transitions to "Dispatched," cancellations are no longer feasible. For post-delivery resolutions, please consult our [Refund & Return Policy].

F. Structural Integrity & Damage in Transit

If a package arrives with compromised structural integrity, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you receive a damaged package, notify our support team within 48 hours at contact@averyashdown.com with high-resolution photographic evidence of the damage so we may initiate a priority replacement.
