01. ORDERS & AUTHENTICATION

Once your order is processed, a unique Tracking ID is dispatched via email. You may monitor your shipment through our Logistics Portal or via the link in your confirmation correspondence.

To maintain high-speed logistics, orders enter the validation phase within 60 minutes. Contact us immediately at +1 404 404 1370 for urgent modifications. Once dispatched, changes are no longer feasible.

Domestic (US): 3–7 Business Days.

03. RETURNS & PROTOCOLS

We offer a 30-day return window for all un-worn garments in original archival packaging. Review our step-by-step Return Protocol to initiate a request.

Every Avery Ashdown piece is backed by a 30-day structural warranty. This covers hardware failure or structural defects. It does not cover standard wear or improper cleaning. Contact our liaison for claims.

04. GARMENT ENGINEERING

Due to the architectural nature of our fabrics, we recommend professional dry cleaning or cold hand-washing. Always refer to the internal care label for specific garment data.
