Who we are

This website is operated by AVERY ASHDOWN, based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to purchases made on averyashdown.com.

Products and license conditions

We sell digital software licenses, activation keys and subscriptions. Your purchase provides the license or access described on the product page, rather than ownership of the publisher’s intellectual property. Before ordering, check the edition, operating system, hardware requirements, region, term and permitted devices or users. Publisher license terms also apply. Education or other restricted licenses must only be used by eligible customers and for the stated purposes.

Orders, prices and payment

Provide accurate billing, delivery and account information. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise; applicable taxes and mandatory charges are disclosed before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item.

Subscriptions

The product listing must state the access period and any renewal conditions. Do not assume that a subscription is perpetual, transferable or automatically renewing. Any recurring charge requires disclosure and authorization at checkout. Ask us before ordering if the renewal terms are unclear.

Delivery, support and warranty

Digital delivery may be immediate or take up to 24 hours for provisioning. See our Digital Delivery Policy. Free help is available for installation and activation. Remote support is arranged with your permission using an agreed tool; you control access to your device. Our 30-day warranty and refund conditions are set out in the Refund & Warranty Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, share or use a license beyond its permitted scope, circumvent activation controls, submit fraudulent information, or misuse this website. Software names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A product listing does not by itself imply publisher affiliation or authorized-reseller status.

Responsibility and legal rights

We are responsible for supplying the product as described and providing remedies required by applicable law. You are responsible for checking compatibility, following setup instructions and protecting your data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence remain applicable.

Questions and updates

Contact us first about an order or dispute so we can work toward a resolution. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable at purchase govern that order.
